TERMS & POLICIES:

BOOKING POLICY:

We require $50 booking deposit is to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

LATE POLICY:

Please make sure you arrive before your appointment time. More than 15 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Rescheduling must be made a least 5 business days prior your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable so before scheduling appointment make sure you check information on our website which individuals are NOT CANDIDATES FOR PERMANENT MAKE UP. All deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment.

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY:

Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. However, we will request picture if you have had previous permanent make up on the area you want to have service done.

GUESTS POLICY:

We want to ask you not to bring children, and/or pets to the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, but they can not be present in the room during procedure.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We will ask you to send photo with good lightening to our phone number to get sure your tattoo faded enough and we can work on it. If our artist will confirm that area is suitable for permanent make up during consultation artist may suggest cover up session for beast healed result.
